SACHEF Respects Your Privacy
The information collected by SACHEF is information typed into a contact or
order form web page. SACHEF does not use any passive or invisible means of
collecting information. We do not secretly collect e-mail addresses or other
information. If you did not physically type in the information, we will not
receive it.
SACHEF Customers Privacy Policy:
SACHEF does not sell or distribute it's customer information to any company or
organization. You will never be placed on any non SACHEF mailing list from any
information you have provided to us. SACHEF will make every effort to hold in
complete confidence all information you provide. Information will only be
released in response to court orders or requests from law enforcement agencies.
Customer Information that is provided to SACHEF will be used to (a) process
your order. (b) Enroll you in a SACHEF notification e-mailing list which will
provide notifications of upcoming events, solications and other
important SACHEF related information. This e-mailing list can be
unsubscribe from at any time by responding to the e-mailing.
SACHEF Refund/Cancellation Policy:
SACHEF will refund charitable contributions if requested in writing by the
contributor within 10 calendar days of the online contribution.
Refund/Cancellation requests should reference the Contribution # which can be
found on the receipt that was provided at the time of purchase, and should be
sent to: Save a Child's Heart Endowment Fund, 2 Saddlerock Court, Silver
Spring, MD 20902, USA.

information pertaining to that customer or client. Upon written or e-mailed
request, any customer or business client will be granted corrections of the

On-Line Credit Card Transactions:
On-line transactions which require entry of Credit Card information use Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) for security. Your credit card information is protected
through the use of advanced encryption technology, the same technology used by
major financial institutions worldwide. The only people who will have access to
your credit card information are authorized SACHEF employees and the employees
of the Merchant Bank that is processing the transaction. All Credit Card
transactions are processed by IonGate for
Bank of America.
